Cookies
Influoza sets one cookie, and it exists so that signing in works. There is no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, and therefore no consent banner.

Why there is no banner
Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary — advertising, cross-site tracking, third-party analytics. Influoza uses none of those. Under the ePrivacy Regulations a cookie needed to deliver a service you asked for does not require consent, so asking for it would be theatre.
What about analytics?
We record product events — a search happened, a profile was viewed — on the server, against your account id if you have one. No cookie is involved, your search text is not stored, and IP addresses are not recorded against these events. The privacy notice has the detail.
