Terms of use

A discovery platform. We list creators and let businesses find and contact them. We are not a party to anything you agree with a creator or a business: no contract, no payment, no delivery, no commission. Disputes about work, money or deliverables are between the two of you.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give us accurate information. One person, one account.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents who it belongs to, or is used to harass people. Where we do, we say why.

If you publish a profile, you confirm the accounts on it are yours and that the figures you enter are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inflated numbers are the fastest way to lose a verification badge and, if it is deliberate, the account.

Some profiles are created by us from publicly available information. If one describes you, you can claim it, correct it, or have it removed — see the privacy notice.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to display it on Influoza and in search results, which is what being listed means. That permission ends when you delete the content or the profile.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy profiles;
• use enquiries to send unsolicited marketing rather than genuine collaboration requests;
• impersonate anyone, or claim a profile that is not yours;
• attempt to access data belonging to another account;
• upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to.

We label every figure with where it came from and how confident we are, and we take that labelling seriously. We do not, however, guarantee that information supplied by a creator is correct, and estimated figures are estimates. Use the provenance shown on each profile when deciding how much weight to give a number.

The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
